ORDERS: 

Order changes or cancellations can be made by sending us an email to support@autobahnlife.com prior to product being shipped. Once product has been shipped we cannot accommodate any order changes. If needed you will have to request a return/exchange once you have received the product.

Our products are only available online only. 

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER:
Due to the nature of python and gemstones, each bracelet is unique. The colour or leather may look slightly different from the bracelets seen online. If you are not happy with the look of your bracelet, you can exchange it for a new one as long as it is within our 30 day exchange window. 

PAYMENT:
We accept Credit and Paypal as these are the most secure way for you to make a transaction. 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Return Policy 
Autobahnlife thrives off of customer satisfaction. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our products, you can return it for a refund, exchange or credit on your Autobahnlife account. Please follow this guideline for successful return.

Returns period
Items must be returned within 30 days from the day we received your order. Keep in mind that all packages returned after 30 days can be subject for warranty purposes only. The client is responsible for returning the parcel to our location indicated as ‘return item no value’ on the parcel. A processing fee will be subtracted from your return total to cover original shipping fees. Returns will be applied within 1-3 Business Days of receiving the returned item(s) to your original payment method. Please allow up to 3-10 Business Days for your bank to refund your account. Please note that returned items must be in brand new condition to be entitled to a full refund.

Customs and Import Duties
Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes once your package reaches your country. Autobahnlife ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be paid in full to the shipping carrier in order for your package to clear customs. By law, the package cannot be returned to us unless the client pays Duties and taxes. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

Returning items beyond returns period
In case of return after period mentioned above, company retains the right to offer an exchange or repair based on product warranty only. Before we replace an item and send it, you will be charged the shipping fee applicable to your region and product.

If you require an exchange, please note that you will be charged the shipping fee applicable to your region and product.

Processing returned items
Once we receive returned item, our Returns Team will inspect it. All returns must be unworn, and not damaged. If our Returns Team will determine a mismatch of these requirements, it may lead to a partial refund or company can refuse it.

Discount codes and refunds
If you used a discount code for your return, please note that company retains the right to consider this item purchased on sale, therefore we can either offer store credit or exchange it.

Sale items and refunds
All items on sales are final, however if you are not completely happy with it we accept return for exchange. Before we replace item and send it, you will be charged the shipping fee applicable to your region and product.

Refunding delivery charges
Shipping is non-refundable, except cases when we made a shipping error. If you qualified for free shipping and have decided to return your product the shipping fees paid by us will be subtracted from your refund total.

SHIPPING:

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order.  

U.S and Canada:
Standard Shipping is free for all orders to the U.S and Canada. It takes between 5-10 business days once shipped for delivery and tracking is included. If you upgrade shipping on your order it will arrive faster (1-3 business days). 

Mexico, The UK, Italy and most of Europe:
Orders of $150 or more also qualify for Free Shipping. Shipping is through DHL Express, includes tracking, and is delivered in 2 – 5 business days after shipping date. Orders less than $150 are subject to a $25 flat rate for DHL Express Shipping.

Rest of World:
Orders are subject to a $30 - $50 flat rate for DHL Express Shipping depending on the location. Shipping includes tracking, and is delivered in 4 – 7 business days after shipping date. Orders of $150 or more may qualify for Free Shipping depending on the location. 

PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship to Brazil or Russia. We also do not ship to PO Boxes. Sorry for the inconvenience. 

Refused Shipments:

PLEASE DO NOT REFUSE ANY DELIVERY. REFUSED DELIVERIES WILL INCUR THE COST OF THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY PLUS THE SHIPPING RETURN COST AND ANY INCURRED CUSTOM FEES. ANY REFUND MADE WILL BE SUBTRACTED FROM THE TOTAL DELIVERY AND RETURN COSTS IN THE CASE OF REFUSED DELIVERIES.

WARRANTY

AUTOBAHNLIFE warrants all products for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase. During these warranty periods, if a defect arises in the product, and you follow the instructions for returning the product, AUTOBAHNLIFE will, at its option, either (i) repair the product using new or refurbished parts, at AUTOBAHNLIFE’s expense; (ii) replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product that is to be replaced. AUTOBAHNLIFE shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned to AUTOBAHNLIFE. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever period is longer. You will be required to cover all shipping costs for any replacements or repairs that arise. Autobahnlife will NOT cover shipping costs on replacements or repairs. Exclusions and Limitations

This Limited Warranty applies only to products sold by AUTOBAHNLIFE. This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or use of non-AUTOBAHNLIFE products. Stretching and peeling leather of AUTOBAHNLIFE bracelets is not considered a manufacturing defect. Do not expose your AUTOBAHNLIFE products to harsh chemicals or water, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to, showers, pools, hot tubs, and spas. Please refer to the cleaning and care instructions for additional information on caring for and protecting your AUTOBAHNLIFE product. Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of your AUTOBAHNLIFE product and will not be covered under warranty.
